Guess what they found under a vineyard!
We’re certainly sitting on top of a goldmine here.
Once, some work was being done on a street in our neighborhood and when they dug up the cobblestones, it revealed remains of an ancient Roman home with a beautiful mosaic floor.
But, when the street work was finished, they simply put the cobblestones right back where they were and everyone began driving over them once again.
What do you do when the entire modern city sits on an ancient one? : )
